Olympic Bridge

The Olympic Bridge may look like an unassuming footbridge simply allowing pedestrians to cross Irving Street and Leighton Road, but it's a fascinating ode to the international multi-sport event, documenting each year and city that has hosted the Games dating back to 1896 — and not to mention a very popular sight on Instagram. On one side, its rainbow steps are painted with the five signature colours of the Olympic rings — choose your step to perch on for the perfect photo backdrop, while the other staircases of this footbridge are painted in full red or blue, if you’re looking for a more monochromic shot.

From the main entrance of The Park Lane, turn right to walk down Gloucester Road before making another right onto Sugar Street. From the Circular Pedestrian Bridge make a left towards the crossing on Yee Wo Street. Turn right and follow the path. Approx. six mins.
